Product Name
When a customer browses or searches for an activity on the front-end portal, the name you set here is what they see in the list. Also, when you retrieve an activity from the Back-end activity list, you will be able to identify the item by that name.
Package Name
When a customer clicks to expand a specific product, they will see your pre-set booking options in the details. The package name here is the "group name" of all the options you allow customers to purchase within one order. For example, for the "Glass Boat Cruise daytour" package, the customer can purchase two adult seats, one child seat and an additional lunch set on board within one booking.

Define booking options
Different activities can offer differentiated price types for different customer segments or scenarios. BM system can support you copying your existing options online.
The price type defines the smallest unit for the customer to make a booking, such as whether they pay by one adult, one child, or one vehicle.
-
Price Types:
The BM system pre-defined various types of tickets you can use, and the full list of available options is shown in the table below. When your activity or service is charged per person rather than per vehicle, you can select the applicable price type according to the table below.
Tips:The system has pre-defined age ranges for various types of people according to common scenarios. If your activity has special requirements for the age of people (e.g. children's tickets, student tickets), you can set them in Advanced Settings - service detail.
