Once a customer booked an activity, your staff's workflow for the order may be different because of the way you cooperate with the supplier for this activity.
For example, your staff will forward the customer's booking request directly to the supplier via email, common scenarios in which purchasing activity from only one supplier or all of the supplier's resources are owned by you. While in other cases, after an order is generated, your staff will double check the order information and then place the order to different suppliers separately, and even confirm the internal resource arrangement for vehicles and tour guides.
The BM system helps you to pre-define these complex and diverse processes into online product management. When a new order is generated, the system automatically distinguishes the applicable workflow for your staff, based on the supplier associated to the activity. Your staff no longer need to remember the order process for all activities.
Select a supplier
Used to remark which supplier an order should be placed for a certain price type. Whether the adult and child tickets for the same activity are purchased from one single supplier or different suppliers, the BM system supports you in clearly defining it.
Supplier product name
Usually the product name or package name you defined in BM is not exactly the same as what named by the supplier. Therefore, the supplier product name helps your supplier to identify which of their activity you are purchasing.
It is recommended to enter the name here as agreed with the supplier in advance.
The product name in the order you send to the supplier from the system, or product name in the order supplier sees after login your EBK are all from the name you enter here.
Tips:If you can't find the supplier you want to associate with, please check if the supplier has already been created and reopen this setting page.

With this type of product, when the user's order is successfully booked, only the remaining available quantity for the day of the play date specified by the user will be reduced.

When a user's order is booked successfully, the number of remaining availability for that product on all dates will be reduced, regardless of whether the user selects a tour date.

Price on Calendar:
There may be certain dates when your product is not available for booking, or there may be differences in the selling price of your product during low and high travel seasons, as well as during weekdays and holidays.
In BM, all of the above scenarios you can set up in the price calendar with a simple setting to allow the system to automatically and accurately quote prices based on the customer's order date and play dates.
Create a calendar for Price
While adding a price type, just batch set the applicable time period and set the corresponding purchase price, base selling price and remaining available stock under the selected date.
Once you set the purchase price here, the system will record this price as the estimated purchase price when the order is generated, and your staff can double-check the actual purchase price when they confirm the order.
If the inventory type selected for this price type is not Calendar Inventory, you do not need to maintain the remaining Available Inventory.
Edit the Price on Calendar
The list of price types already created allows you to view the available periods for the current price type and the valid starting price.
Click on the Edit button on the right to expand the calendar view, where you can modify the quotes and remaining available quantities by clicking on the dates directly on the calendar.
When you want to select dates for multiple months, you can click the month and year button at the top to switch months and the system will record the dates you checked in multiple months at the same time.
Click the shortcut button at the bottom to quickly check off dates such as Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the current month.
Check clear inventory, then the price inventory of all the dates you selected on the calendar will be cleared, then the user cannot select these dates as play dates when make the booking.
