In addition to the above general settings, the BM system also provides more refined settings for special scenarios for different categories of products.
Official ticket templates
This refers to products in the categories of attraction tickets, performance shows, sports events and transportation tickets. For these categories, the system preloads the official ticket types sold by the relevant scenic spot or venue and the introduction of the scenic spot business information into the system.
After selecting these official ticket templates, the system automatically loads all the official ticket types available for sale, and you only need to select the ticket types sold by current product from the list.
Validation of tickets:
Unless specified, most of the products you create through the BM system are valid on the play date. The customer must travel to the destination with the voucher you provide on the play date selected when making the booking.
If your product is valid for a period of time without specifying a play date in advance, this can be set up specifically through the validity rules on the package.

Valid until expired
|
Some attractions have vouchers that are valid for a fixed period of time and can be used on any day within that period of time, such as annual passes for amusement parks.
|
Choose a fixed expiration date for the tickets, and select the start and end dates respectively.
|
|
Valid from specified period after confirmed until expired
|
Valid for a certain period of time after the order is confirmed, i.e., the ticket is valid for a fixed period of time, but the effective time fluctuates, such as the JR Pass voucher.
|
Valid after you confirm the reservation (specified date), set the start and end time, and the time unit can be set to minutes, hours or days.
|
|
Valid on travel date only
|
Usually for non-ticket products, the customer specifies a tour date when booking, and you will arrange the itinerary and issue tickets for the customer in advance according to this date.
|
Select valid on the same day of the play date. The system takes it as valid from 0:00 to 24:00 of the play date. If you have special requirements, you can specify the valid time period of the play date.

Airport Transfer Setting
The BM system provides attributes specifically tailored for transfer services, helping you to more accurately describe the services offered.
Depending on the city you choose, the system automatically loads all airports in that city for you. After specifying the airport for the transfer service, you can specify whether the service type is from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport.
Depending on the type of service you choose, you can check the flight-related information required from customers when booking. After checking these items here, the customer must fill in the information you checked when booking at the front desk in order to place the order successfully.

Pickup/DropOff region
Once you specify in advance in BM the service area for the transfer products, the customer only needs to enter the hotel or address of the pick-up or drop-off when booking, and the system will automatically calculate whether the location is located within the service area you specify based on the GPS coordinates of the location, and quickly match the appropriate price type for them.
With the knowledge of the local tourism industry, the BM system provides you with preset zones for major destination cities. Once you click on Edit area and specify the city, you can select the preset areas to define the area where your service is applicable.
At the same time, you can also customize the area in the system to customize the description of the scope of your services.
