Tips：This article takes approximately 3 minutes to read.Introduction: The BookingMeta system now supports API integration with Global Tix. Orders sold on Global Tix can be automatically synchronized to the BookingMeta system, and order operations performed in BookingMeta — such as completing a booking — can also be automatically synchronized to Global Tix.
Note: Whether this API incurs additional fees depends on the number of Distribution APIs supported by your subscription plan. If you require this integration, please confirm with your dedicated BD first whether it is supported.

- Contact Global Tix's BD to apply for API integration activation and make preparations；
- Create a Global Tix agent in the BookingMeta system；
- The BookingMeta team performs the technical configuration；
- The API integration goes live.
I. Contact Global Tix's BD to Apply for API Integration
The information to discuss with Global Tix's BD is as follows:
- Set up an online communication group and invite BookingMeta's CS contact to join, so that integration issues can be communicated directly and effectively. We currently support WhatsApp, Line, and WeChat.
- Confirm the business settlement currency.
II. Create a Global Tix Agent in the BookingMeta System as a Supplier
2.1 Create an agent in the BookingMeta system
Go to [Agent Management] > [Agent List], click [Create Agent], select the Global Tix agent type, and create the agent. Then activate the corresponding "Credit Account" or "Prepaid Account".
Note: If you want the "Credit Account" or "Deposit Account" activated in the BookingMeta system to generate transaction records and serve as reconciliation evidence, we recommend selecting the agent type [Non-OTA Agent(Access to standard API].
2.2 Configure rates for Global Tix
After creating the agent, you need to set accurate rates for the Global Tix sales channel. For instructions on configuring the agent price strategy, please refer to the "Setting Price Strategy" video.
2.3 Apply to the BookingMeta technical team for API integration
After completing the above configuration, please send an email requesting Global Tix API integration to the BookingMeta support team, so that the technical team can configure the secret information required for API integration.
Email subject: We recommend the contracting entity name + "BookingMeta System Request for Global Tix API Integration".
Example: * BookingMeta System Request for Global Tix API Integration
Email body: Include the name and ID of the Global Tix agent created in the system for integration. Example:
- Global Tix agent name in the system: GYG_API
- Global Tix agent ID in the system: 32191
III. BookingMeta Technical Team Performs the Configuration
Upon receiving the request email, the BookingMeta support team will schedule the technical configuration promptly and return the configuration results to the dedicated integration group. Configuration is generally completed within two business days.
IV. API Integration Goes Live
After completing the above steps, provide Global Tix with the online rate sheet in a timely manner as the resource supplier. Global Tix will then complete the mapping of the relevant products and enable order integration.
Congratulations — you have now completed the setup for order integration with Global Tix. You can continue to view and process orders in the BookingMeta system.
