Critical Notes:

4. Map Product Codes in GetYourGuide

5. FAQ
Q1: After the GYG order is entered into the BookingMeta system, if the guest initiates an order modification in GYG, will the modification be synchronized to the BookingMeta system?
Currently, GYG does not have an API for modifying order information (only APIs for adding or removing specifications exist). That is, if a customer initiates an information modification, it will not be synchronized to the BookingMeta system. Manual modification of the order in BookingMeta is required for such cases.
If a guest initiates an additional specification modification at GYG, the application list will be synchronized and added to the application list of the BookingMeta system order.
Q2. After the GYG order is entered into the BookingMeta system, if the guest initiates a cancellation in GYG, will it be synchronized to the BookingMeta system as well?
When the guest applies for cancellation of the order in GYG, the order will be deducted according to the refund and modification rules set by GYG and the cancellation request will be synchronized to the BookingMeta system. It is recommended that BookingMeta also agrees to the cancellation and completes the order cancellation within the BookingMeta system to ensure that the cancellation status is consistent with that in GYG.
Q3. How to synchronize the updated specification inventory in the BookingMeta system to GYG?
Currently, after API connection with GYG has established, when a guest places an order in GYG, GYG will call the inventory settings of that product (or that specification) in the BookingMeta system.
