Add More Packages
With Starter mode, we quickly complete the creation of an activity. By clicking on the Edit button of the Smart Product list, you can enter editing mode.
Edit existing packages
The most common operation in Edit mode is to modify the availability status, price and availability for different price types.
The information set at each step of Starter mode will be reflected fully on the first package already created, which you can adjust at any time.
Note:For packages that have been created, if you need to change the confirmation order type, usually the process of placing orders to suppliers in your actual business may also change. Therefore, the system will automatically clear the current suppliers for the price types. These price types will become temporarily 'preparing', and you can reassign suppliers, price and availability for them to resume selling.
Add a new package
With your existing package, you can differentiate your services for customer segments with various spending power by offering additional services such as transfers, languages, better accommodation and meals. In the BM system, you can simply add packages under the same product to provide your customers with more options for booking.
Click Add Package in the upper right corner of edit mode to add a new package, complete the necessary information on the package and save, and then click Publish to refresh the booking options online.
If the new package has only a few settings that are different from the existing package, you can quickly copy a package by clicking the Copy button on an existing package card, make a few adjustments and then publish it for sale.
Tips:
Drag the package cards to adjust the order of the packages on the product detail page. If you wish to preview your current edition, click the Preview button in the upper right corner and select PC or mobile to preview the effect presented to customers when this edit be released.
