If you want to use the BookingMeta system, you need to create a supplier to be associated with the products you want to list, which is very simple. Let's get started!

Main steps of creating a supplier

Create a supplier in BookingMeta
1. Supplier -> Supplier List:
2. Click the New Supplier button in the upper right corner to start creating suppliers.
Note: Please note that the options with * are required.
Set up basic supplier information
Following the previous step, we can start setting up basic information of the supplier.

Supplier Name: Set the name for the supplier you are working with.

Settlement Currency: Here you can set the currency supported by BookingMeta and choose the currency you and the supplier will use for settlement. When listing products, they will also be sold and settled in this currency. Do note that once the settlement currency is set, it cannot be modified. Please choose carefully.

New Contact: In case of new orders, suppliers can be notified more quickly with the set contact details.

Notification on New Booking or Confirmed: If you want the supplier to be notified automatically when they have a new order or reservation, please click Yes. The system will automatically notify the supplier, saving you time.
Set up your settlement configuration with suppliers
The next step is to set the supplier settlement configuration. There are 2 settlement options available to you:

Prompt Payment: Select this when you want to pay the supplier immediately.

Regular Interval: Select this if you want to bill the supplier on a recurring basis.

Note:Remember to click save after each setting!
Create a master account for the supplier
Once you finish supplier configuration, you can go to Supplier List and create master accounts for the suppliers you work with.
Once the account has been created, you have completed the main steps to create a supplier.
