Once you have created your suppliers, we can start creating products. Next, we'll take a pick-up item as an example of the process from creation to posting. It's easy, so let's get started!

To create the product content:
- Select the category and edit the product content
- Set package information
- Set price and inventory
- Set the Booking Limits
Select the category and edit the product content
Let's take a pick-up product as an example. First, click on the New Product button in the upper right corner and we can start creating our product.
Product -> Product On Sale
Set the main content of the product:

Category:After selecting Transport connections from the eight categories, we also need to select one of the three sub-categories, including Local chartered, Airport transfer, and One Way Transfer. As our example is a pick-up product, we need to choose Airport transfer.

Airport City: As your pick-up airport is in Bangkok, you can fill in the city as Bangkok.
Tip:1.For Fee Inclusions and Exclusions, you can use the default sample in the system or enter your own information.2.The product description part is in rich text format. You can upload links, videos and other contents.
The BookingMeta system currently supports TAA (Tour, Activity, Attraction) and accommodation products. Please see details in: BookingMeta's supported product categories.
After editing the product information, click the Save button and we'll start setting up the next content!
Set package information
After setting up the product information, you can start to set up the package information. As the example shows, we can set a pick-up package from Suvarnabhumi Airport to downtown Bangkok. If you also want to set a package for other areas, such as a pick-up from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Pattaya, you can see: Product: Package information for details.

Package Name: Enter the main information about the service you can provide to your customers and we support multiple languages for customers from different countries.

Service Language:The service language for Airport transfer category refers to the language of driver and ground service staff. The system supports a total of 16 languages.
Note: The information you enter will be displayed on front-end website.

Delivery region:You can set a region for the package to be delivered. For area selection, the system supports custom range and default range. If you want to know the detailed settings of the delivery region, please see: How to set the delivery region of the pick-up service products.

First enter the city to be delivered to.

Then select the deliverable area in that city.

Voucher type:The system supports Instant confirmation and Manually confirmation. If you choose Manually confirmation in the example, it means that after the agent has placed the order, you need to confirm the order before the voucher will be generated and sent to the customer. Booking Config: For the pick-up category, we recommend you to choose Flight and Flight arrival time, which will be filled in when the customers place the order.
After clicking the Save to Inventory button, we'll start setting up the next content!
Set price and inventory
After the package information is set, we can start to set the price and inventory. You need to set different types of vehicles for the current package to meet different needs of customers. When the model options in the system cannot meet your requirements, you can fill in the model remarks, and this information will be displayed on the front-end website.
As in the example, we can create an economical availability with the following four steps:

Select Supplier: You can select a supplier you have already created, or click New Supplier to create a new one.

Enter the Supplier Product Name: This is the product name you agreed with the supplier. When there is a new order notification, the system will send an email or in other forms to the supplier. When supplier views the order notification, the product name will be what you fill in this field.Note: The system may prompt the Supplier Product Name you enter won't match, which doesn't matter. After saving, the system will automatically associate the supplier's products.

Select Inventory Type: You can choose Unlimited. The system presets three types of inventory. Please see:The three ways to set the inventory typefor details.

Click Save.
Let's start setting inventory prices for economy models!

Open Editing Mode.

Set the time and price: Select the date you sell in the calendar, then fill in the price. The system will set the price according to the settlement currency of the supplier, just set the Unit Purchase Price.

Click Save.
After clicking the Save button, we will start setting up the next content. Hang in there, we are so close to victory!
Set Booking Limits

Booking in advance (min): This is the rule that defines how long before the product can be booked online. This is also important information that will be displayed to agents and customers on the front-end website. For example: If you enter before 20:00, it means that your customers can book the product before 20:00 on the day of the tour.

Guest Information: Here you can choose which field is required by the customer and which is optional. These will be filled in when the customer places an order.
For example: If you choose to At least one Passenger is required, you can check the required information for the customer to fill according to your business needs as below.

Congratulations! You have completed all the steps. Next, you can click the Save and Publish button and the product will be published successfully.
