  1. Purpose of Smart Order Management

The purpose of Smart Order Management is to assist new BM users in quickly mastering the usage methods of Order Management. Additionally, we have optimized the functionality and information UI/UED of the previous versions.

  1. What's New in Smart Order Management

  • Order Notifications: Integrated entrance for order notifications where you can send all notifications to the Agents or Suppliers. You can specify the format of the notifications, such as sending them via email, PDF, or just copying the text.
  • Order Cancellation: Provide a separate button and entrance for order cancellation, making the process more intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Pending Flag: During the order processing, if there is a need to wait for feedback from the Agents or Suppliers, this temporarily interrupted situation can be flagged manually or automatically by the system.
  • Recommended Operation: Using highlighted buttons as a way to recommend the next steps that OP should better take, helping the OP quickly understand the current progress of the order.
