When connecting to the distribution API, the channel will specify the field information of the transfer category. To meet the needs of the channel, the system adds the function of transfer rules and will give priority to the bound transfer rules to ensure that the synchronized goods meet the requirements of the channel. The transfer rules are mainly applicable to pick-up & drop-off and single transfer categories.

Operation steps:
Create transfer rules
You can first create rules in the menu of transfer rules to facilitate your subsequent direct binding of packages/sku.
Create rules in Transfer management -> Transfer rule management.

Vehicle service time: The time period during which the vehicle can operate normally (local time), and the user can only choose the start time of using the vehicle during this time period. For example, if the vehicle service time is from 08:00 to 23:00, then the vehicle can be used normally during this time period in Thailand's local time.

Night Service Fee: The service fee is a fee calculated during the vehicle service time period, which is added based on the distribution offer. For example, the night service fee will be added only when the customer's transfer start time is 22:00-23:00.

Business hours: It refers to the range of working hours that require manual processing of orders in the current rules. If you are in dispatching method, you can set it to be the working time of OP; if you are in “first come first serve” method, you can set it to be the overall working time of the driver/guide. The system will automatically convert to the time zone you set according to the time zone where the user places the order.

Advance booking time: If you set "0", it means you can book at any time; if you set "1 hour", it means that the customer must book 1 hour in advance and the quotation will be displayed only when the transfer is during the vehicle service time.

Expedited service fee: The system will not have additional costs until the order exceeds the advance booking time.

Cancel rules: This cancellation rule takes precedence over the cancellation rules for product configuration, but if you connect with OTA channels, then OTA will prevail.

Additional services for system models: When an extra fee needs to be charged like child seats or pick-up service with a sign, the channel will charge additional fees when the customer places the order, and the actual price paid will be synchronized to the BookingMeta system, and the additional service fees will be reflected in the order notes.
Configure in Transfer management -> Transfer rule management -> New rule.
Tip: Both the night service fee and the expedited service fee will be added extra to the distribution quotation of the product.
Bind transfer rules
Once you have set up a transfer rule, you can bind it to a product. You can bind transfer rules to packages or SKUs, or of course you can bind both packages and SKUs, and the system will give priority to the transfer rules bound to SKU. In this way, when a customer places an order, the system will filter the eligible vehicles according to the bound rules and calculate the quotation.
