Overview of transfer management: For the pick-up/drop off and single-transfer categories, different channel parties have their own model libraries, while the BookingMeta system also has its own model library. In order to enable channel customers to check quotes and place orders, it is necessary to correlate the models of each channel with the models in the BookingMeta system. Doing so ensures that the quotes are accurate.

Overall structure of transfer management
Operation steps:
Create the agent
You need to create an agent with the "Car API" label, see Getting Started: Step 3: Create an agent.
Select from Agent -> Agent List -> New Reseller.
Tip: If you wish to learn more about how to connect with channel parties, please see the OTA platform's connection settings for details.
Model matching
After completing the previous step, you can view all the agents that have created a "Car API" tag in the Model Matching menu and select one of them for model matching.
Choose from Transfer management -> Model matching.
The system will automatically synchronize the models from the channel side. You just need to select the models you need to match and then match them one by one. The system supports matching different BookingMeta models depending on the country. For example, if you choose a Mozio channel agent and want to match Shared Ride Van models with BookingMeta models, but depending on the business situation, only Economy 4-seater and below models are available in Thailand, while Comfort 4-seater and below models are available in other countries. In this case, you can set Thailand as Economy 4-seater and below, and other countries as Comfort 4-seater and below (you can select all countries, the system will remove Thailand by default).
The detailed steps are as follows:
-
Click to match BM models
-
Select the applicable country: Single selection only
-
Select the BookingMeta system model
-
Click OK to confirm
In Transfer management -> Model matching, you can set up the model matching.
Tips: The difference between Mozio car, Ctrip car and BookingMeta system models(1) Mozio: One Mozio model can match multiple countries, and each country can match multiple BookingMeta models.(2) Ctrip: One Ctrip model can match multiple countries, and each country can only match one BookingMeta model.
Generate the quote
When the match status is "Matched", you can click the "View Quotes" button. For example, if you select the quote for Thailand, the system will automatically list all the products created by the owner in the system according to the SKUs of Economy 4 and below, as well as Economy 5 available in Thailand, and display the corresponding quotes.
As shown in the figure, each row of data in the list represents a SKU of an item, and the system will also list the departure area and delivery area of that SKU. You can select the SKU that you need to sync the quotes to the channel side and follow the steps below to set it up.
The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Select one of the BookingMeta models to set up a quote
(2) Set the rules for the SKU that you need to synchronize quotes: just click "set" or "not set" to jump to the corresponding product package page to bind the rules for the package/SKU. If you need to know how to set the rules, please see Set transfer rules
-
Set: The package or SKU is bound to the transfer rules
-
Not set: The package or SKU is not bound to the transfer rules
(3) Change the status to "Enabled" to synchronize the channel quote
-
Enabled: Manual operation
-
Disable: Synchronize when it is not set to unavailable
-
Unavailable:
-
SKU/package is not bound to transfer rules
-
SKU is not published
-
SKU is in stock
-
Check the quote in Transfer management -> Model matching -> View Price.
Tip: When the product package and SKU are both bound to transfer rules, the system will give priority to the transfer rules SKU bound to for quotation.
