If you are working with a supplier and you want to purchase the supplier's products in advance, for example, if you want to purchase tickets in advance, the supplier will send you a voucher, which may be in the form of a confirmation code or document, etc. The BookingMeta system can upload and store the confirmation code or document in the system for advance stocking. Next, let's see how you need to set it up in the BookingMeta system!
Note: It takes about 3 minutes to read this article
Operation steps:
Set the product confirmation type
You may set the package as a pre-uploaded type when you create the product and need to upload the confirmation to the system. For details, please refer to For experienced: Modify your price types .
The following confirmation types are available:
-
Pre-upload code
-
Pre-upload voucher
Confirm order
When an order is generated, the system can support two types of confirmation: automatic confirmation and secondary confirmation.
-
With automatic confirmation, the system can do instant ticketing, and automatically send the corresponding voucher to the customer or distributor according to the predefined quantity and specification.
-
If you set it as secondary confirmation, the order will stay in the pending confirmation after it comes in, it needs to be reviewed manually first, and then the operator will send the voucher to the guest or distributor after confirming that there is no problem. For example,if you don't want the problem of peer swipe, you can set it as secondary confirmation.
How distributors get these tickets
Once you have confirmed your order, distributors have two ways to obtain tickets:
-
The first: for distributors who purchase a small amount of tickets at a time, we will send an email.
-
The second: For distributors who purchase a bulk amount at one time, the system supports large file download.
What is large file download? When your distributors purchase too much quantity, the email will not be sent directly because the attached file is too big. We can send only a secure encrypted link in the email with the ticket file stored in it. When the distributor clicks on the link, they will be redirected to a download site where they can download all the ticket files in the order, or download them individually.
Resource statistics from the supplier's perspective
BookingMeta is a system that provides overall ticket bucket management, allowing you to check your current ticket inventory from a supplier's perspective. The ticket bucket is where you can count the number of tickets remaining in stock for different suppliers, the priority of different batches of tickets to be issued, and the expiration dates of different batches of tickets. Let's take KLOOK, a supplier, as an example. As shown in the figure, we first filter out klook, and then we can check which tickets we have bought from klook, the number of each type of ticket stocked in advance, and the current remaining inventory will be counted.

Inventory statistics from the scenic spot's perspective
Ticket Availability is in a view of scenic spots and counts the total remaining inventory of the current scenic spot. As shown in the picture, we can filter the product templates to check a certain scenic spot. Taking Beijing Happy Valley as an example, you can see which supplier this scenic spot was picked up from and how much available stock is left.
