Operation steps:
Fill in the supplier booking remark
You can set the information in the basic information of the supplier. The information is to help you record the link to place an order on the supplier's website, login info and password. For more information about setting up a supplier, please see Supplier: Basic Information.
You can edit it in Supplier -> Supplier List -> Edit.
Set the product return type
Next, you start to set the contents of the goods. We recommend that you choose the return type of confirmation in the package. For example, the voucher you get after placing an order on the supplier's website is in the form of a confirmation code, then the return type you set under the package also needs to be a confirmation code.
You can choose the following confirmation type:
-
Input code per order
-
Upload voucher per order
-
Voucher link
Fill in the supplier product code
If your item is ordered from a supplier's website, the supplier's product code will generally be filled in on the availability of that item. For example, if you have set up a product category in BookingMeta, such as Phi Phi Island One Day Tour, there may be several products with similar titles on the supplier's website, but the itineraries are actually different.
Fill in the supplier's product code in Product -> Active Products -> Package Information.
Complete the reservation
Once the product is set up and a new order is generated, we need to place the order on the supplier's website in advance when we choose to complete the booking, and the supplier will send us the corresponding voucher, for example, he may send it to us by email, or we may download the corresponding voucher directly from the supplier's website. Once we receive the voucher, we need to backfill the voucher into BookingMeta's system.
You can continue to browse the fifth method, which can be detailed in Making API connections with suppliers.
