If you've followed the previous articles in this guide to initialize your system at the bare minimum, it's time to get your business running with BookingMeta.

Place an order using BookingMeta
BookingMeta allows your agents to place orders in a variety of ways:
- Use the front-end portal website which is provided by the system.
- Via Email, line, whatsapp, etc.
- Connect to other systems through API interface.
- Connect to other BookingMeta owners within the system.
You can make your choice based on the current business situation. For example, if your first order on BookingMeta starts with a booking email from an agent, then you can place the order in the back-end system based on the content of the email.
Bookings -> Create New Booking:
1. Start creating an order.
2. Select Agent, Date, and Quantity.
3.Enter customer and service information.

Here we use the credit/deposit accountset for the agent in step 3 of the previous guide. For details, please see: Create an agent.

Enter keywords to vaguely search for pick-up locations . If you can't find the requested place in the list, you can also go to the map to expand the search range.

You can set the language in which booking notifications are sent, even in multiple languages.
4. Order-creation completed.
Now an order to be confirmed has been created and awaits subsequent confirmation.
Note: Each order is created with a unique Order ID for follow-up queries.
Note: It is recommended to make agreement with the agents to submit the booking information on the front-end portal provided by BookingMeta, which is more convenient.

Complete your booking
You will need to contact the supplier of this order to confirm whether to accept the booking.
Bookings > All Booking:
Find the order in the order list, review the information, and confirm to complete the booking.

The subject of the notification email can be edited. (The order ID, product name and other system data of this order will be displayed with {}. If you don't need it, you can delete the entire paragraph.)

If you want to add your own logo to the voucher, you can set a custom voucher template.

Determine which emails need to be sent according to the situation and check if the email addresses are correct.

The Voucher Remark can show some special instructions or key points, such as: "The service staff will be welcoming you at the counter at Gate 3 of the airport.”
After confirmation, the status of the order will change to To be served, indicating that the booking has been completed and the guest will receive the booked service at the agreed time and place.
Note: In real business, the process of creating orders can be complex and changeable. This guide only shows the basic business operation mechanism of BookingMeta with a simple case.
